1. Product introduction
Our no-clean flux is carefully formulated with imported film formers, high-efficiency activators and organic activators, which are extremely applicable and have excellent performance in the application fields of spray or foaming wave soldering and manual dip soldering. Even printed circuit boards with average solderability or OSP treatment can achieve good soldering results, especially for lead-free processes.
The activity of the flux system is specially designed, in which the appropriate amount of solids content and its internal activity mechanism ensure that there is very little residue after soldering, and the surface of the circuit board is dry and clean, which meets the requirements of IPC standards for the cleanliness of printed circuit boards.
