1. Product introduction
Our halogen-free fluxes are extremely versatile and have excellent performance in spray or foam wave soldering and manual dip soldering applications. The activity of this series of flux systems is specially designed to achieve good soldering results even on printed circuit boards with average solderability, especially suitable for lead-free processes. The appropriate solids content in the flux and its internal activity mechanism ensure that there is very little residue after soldering, and the board surface is dry and clean. Under special demand conditions, cleaning processes can be eliminated, thereby saving the manufacturer's production costs.
