1. Product introduction
The company's LED moisture-curing tri-conformal adhesive is a one-component, high-solids, ultraviolet and moisture-cured modified polyurethane acrylate laminated product, which is coated on the surface of printed circuit boards (PCB circuit boards), electronic components, integrated circuits, etc., which can form a dense protective film and effectively protect various electronic components and soldering points. Its protective film has excellent chemical resistance, surface hardness, flexibility and moisture resistanceSex.
The LED moisture double-curing conformal adhesive developed by our company has a dual curing mechanism, using LED instead of UV curing, reducing costs, improving environmental protection requirements, and at the same time, the shielding part of the circuit board can also be completely cured by moisture.
