1. Product introduction
The company's rubber series conformal adhesives are mainly composed of special synthetic rubber-based resins, with special polycopolymer modified polymer resins. It combines the advantages of a variety of single insulation materials, completely different from the traditional conformal adhesive, and is coated on the surface of printed circuit boards (PCB circuit boards), electronic components, integrated circuits, etc., through the cross-linking reaction of its own group and air medium, it can generate a dense protective film on various printed circuit boards, which has a strong insulation protection ability.
Self-reactive conformal adhesives are applied to printed circuit boards and components to reduce or eliminate electronic operational performance degradation when they may be affected by adverse operating conditions. The PCB circuit board that has used conformal adhesive has the characteristics of moisture-proof, salt-spray-proof, anti-toxic "three-proof" performance, cold and heat shock resistance, aging resistance, radiation resistance, salt spray resistance, ozone corrosion resistance, vibration resistance, etc., thereby improving the reliability of the circuit board, increasing its safety factor, and ensuring its service life.
