1. Product introduction

SK-H series moisture resistant adhesive is a one-component, low-viscosity, solvent-free, self-leveling, room temperature fast curing for printed circuit boards, circuit boards and other sensitive electronic components, as well as electrical/electronic equipment that are prone to corrosion. This product is developed by our company's experts for many years, and the introduction of foreign advanced technology and materials, using special process formula. This product is cured into a tough, wear-resistant elastomer that is primarily used to improve coverage and thin layer sealing at the junction of the lead and solder.

This series is a clear, translucent material that facilitates visual identification, inspection, and repair of coated components. It has good wear resistance and toughness, making it suitable for applications that require robustness and durability. It has good coverage properties at the junction of the lead end with the solder, good dielectric properties over a wide temperature range, and meets the requirements of MIL-1-46058C and MIL-A-46146. At the same time, it is also a high-temperature resistant silicone, which is an elastomer after curing, with excellent resistance to cold and heat alternation, aging resistance and insulation performance, and the adhesive layer has excellent moisture-proof, shock-resistant, corona-resistant, and anti-leakage properties. Compared with general silicone sealants, it has excellent adhesion to substrates, yellowing resistance and moisture resistance.

2. Scope of application

      This series of moisture-proof adhesive is suitable for line fixation and protection of electronic appliances, instrumentation, crystal oscillators, sensors, electric heating components, semiconductor materials, solar energy, etc.






3. Application guide

Before use:

1. The temperature and humidity of the production site should be controlled at: temperature 10C~28C, the upper limit of relative humidity is 85%RH, and the best under 70% conditions.

2. This conformal adhesive has good coating compatibility, and under normal circumstances, there is no need to clean the coated surface before application. However, ensuring that the coated surface is dry, clean, and free of oil impurities can provide the best adhesion strength and protection.

3. Maintain all good pumping equipment in the workplace to better protect the health of personnel.

4. Before using the product

In use:

1. After making preparations, evenly coat the SK-H02 conformal adhesive on the surface of the substrate that needs to be protected, and pay attention to the uniformity and consistency of the paint film.

2. In the sizing stage, the room temperature environment generally needs 30~40min to cure, the sizing is too thick, or the temperature is too low, it will affect the final curing speed, only after complete curing can the next step be carried out, to avoid the bonding is not firm, and the phenomenon of degumming occurs.
