The three-proof adhesive is made of high and low temperature resistance and anti-vibration formula, which forms a flexible protective film after curing, which can absorb the mechanical stress during the operation of the equipment, avoid solder joint falling off and line breakage, and isolate the corrosion of chemical media such as battery electrolyte and road sewage. Moisture-proof adhesive has excellent anti-condensation properties, which can effectively protect the BMS module from high humidity environments and prevent insulation failure. Anti-rust paint is designed for metal parts on the vehicle, forming a wear-resistant and scratch-resistant protective layer against salt spray and oxidative erosion. All products of the solution comply with the automotive industry's RoHS and ELV environmental protection standards, low VOC emissions, and are suitable for the automatic dispensing and spraying process of automotive electronics, which does not affect the heat dissipation performance of components after curing, and can work stably in a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C, providing reliability guarantee for the whole life cycle of new energy vehicle electronic systems.
